Overview (A Little About Me)

Born on the Gold Coast – lived here all my life… started as a marine mechanic which eventually led me to jetskis and then off course jetski racing. Have been racing since I was 19 - began the international circuit 4 years ago. Of which I have successfully taken out the title World’s No: #1 and Australian No: #1 in both Surfmoto and Flatwater championships.

I have been weight training for 10years. I train @ Industry Health Club on the Gold Coast which is owned/operated by Mark & Leah Ryan

Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)

Training changes from heavy weight low reps to light weights high reps – always with good form which is important – this is what I find is best suited for racing.
Cardio Schedule
45mins walk each morning x 5-6 Days per week
Bum on seat time – on my Seadoos

Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)

Consists of high quality protein, moderate carbs – little fat – 6 smaller meals per day
Plenty of Australian Sports Nutrition’s quality supplements.
Come weekend – whatever!
