Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)
Off Season Diet:
Any thing and every thing. I try to have at least 6 meals a day with at least 40-60 gm Protein. Don't monitor carbs or fats in the off season. Still maintain Body fat levels around 12%
Contest Diet:
I cycle my carbohydrate intake over a 4 day period. I find this helps remove the body fat, whilst still keeping the muscles relatively full.
Example of Contest Diet / Preparation:
Awake: Cardio 30- 45 min followed by IDS Whey 48 Protein Shake, L- Glutamine
Breakfast: 1 cup oats, 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 scoop IDS Whey 48 Protein
Brunch: 200 gm chicken breast 200 gm Sweet potato
Lunch: 200 gm Tuna, 1/2 Cup basmati rice, 1 cup Broccoli
Afternoon: 200 gm chicken breast 1 cup brocili
Pre work out: Nutrabolics Ester Stack, L- Glutamine
Workout
Post Workout: IDS Whey 48 Protein Shake, L- Glutamine
Dinner: 150 gm steak 2 cups mix veg (non Starch)
Cardio: 30- 45 min
Before bed: 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop IDS 48 protein powder.
