Overview (A Little About Me)I have a Certificate 3 in fitness and training to be a personal trainer. I'm trying to get as big as possible using a solid diet, hard training, proper rest and most importantly proper use of supplements from ASN.
Bodybuilding, in my opinion, is one of the most rewarding sports. I've never felt more achievement and success than from winning a bodybuilding comp. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)Current Training Split:

Friday: Biceps, triceps, abs

Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)I'm currently taking in approximately 600 grams of carbs, 250 grams protein, and 50-100 grams of fat per day. Bodybuilding I believe is one of the most demanding sports that requires sacrifice, hard work and dedication.
