"Go hard or go home!" Overview (A Little About Me)From a young age i grew up in a house where a good diet and nutrition were important. At school i was always very into my sport and since i can remember i have always enjoyed researching facts on nutrition.
For the last 3 years i have been training & competing in local competitions for fitness & sports body sculpting. I have a Bachelor of Commerce and have also completed my certficates in Personal Training. These days I split my time between being the full-time Marketing Manager for ASN and personal training. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and nothing makes me happier then seeing others reach their fitness goals! InterestsI love going to the gym, walking along the broadwater with my puppy and reading a good book by the pool in the sun. Favourites (Food, Bodyparts, People)My favourite food is Nutella!! i love it... MMM chocolate on a spoon! Motivations (What Motivates Me)What motivates me is seeing people get results in life. No matter what they are doing I always try to help where I can. I believe that we are all in control of our own destiny and our choices in life dictate where we stand today and where we will be tomorrow. Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I currently train at Beach House in Broadie (where i am also a PT). My personal trainer for next competition in September/October is Rick Brennan. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)My weights session are:
Monday: Shoulders & Abs
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Legs & Calves
Thursday: Abs
Friday:Back & Chest
Sat: Abs & calves
Sunday: Cardio (slow, long distance)
I do cardio 6 days a week and split it between 45 min on elliptical, hill jog/run and RPM classes. Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)My daily nutrition on season consists of rice porridge, brown rice, tuna, salmon, chicken, fish, kangaroo meat (occasionaly, as it has low fat and no carbs) and lots of green vegetables and salad.
