Overview (A Little About Me)A little about me well for my bread and butter i teach plastering at tafe part-time and in my spare time i am a personal trainer and model.
Now for fun i love travelling and attending bodybuilding comps and in the summer riding my dirt bike and going to the beach.

Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I have always been active but have been training seriously for bodybuilding for the past 18 months.
I train at Adrenalin gym in Mornington Victoria. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)I train 5-6 days a wk but depends on what my training goals are at the time or if im in comp prep. Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)my diet consist of 6 small meals a day and low carb.
