Grew up in Maitland NSW & was originally a competive swimmer for 6years before switching to triathlons after doing one for fun with some friends to try something different.

Originally a swimmer, I’ve now been involved with triathlons for 5 years racing from Sprint to Olympic Distance. Training locations vary thorought Newcastle with coach Aaron Lean & Multisport Solutions Group(www.multisportsolutions.com.au)

Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)

My schedule depends on the phase of training I’m in but usually consists of 2-3 sessions per day (20-30hrs per week) & includes Strength & Conditioning, pool & open water swimming, trail & track running & cycling.

Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)

My diet consists of everything in moderation along with ASN supplements but with emphasis on carbohydrates & proteins to help me get the most out of each session & recover for the next.

Canberra 5th

Spent the Aussie winter of 2005&2007 racing with French triathlon club St Avertin in French Grand Prix series around France , Also competed in numerous European Cup Races in Italy, Netherlands.
