Arnold is the Man of course and I follow Mark Walberg’s work. Motivations (What Motivates Me)I am very self motivated... in training that generally is achieved through visualisation, which is a tact that has rolled over into other aspects of my life. I believe you have to go there mentally before you can physically. Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)Have been training for over 15 years and spent 5 or 6 years on the competitive circuit with the IFBB culminating in my final show on the Mr Australia stage before hanging up my posing trunks.
I won’t rule out a comeback though!
Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)4 day split – 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off...
I train in the ‘pyramid’ style, using a combination of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s and Mike Mentzer’s training principles with a few of my own adaptations from the past 15 years.
Cardio Schedule
I do stair sprints on alternative days to my weights, which usually yields fantastic results in minimal time! A 30-40min power walk 1st thing in the morning before breakfast or last thing before shower and bed never hurts either...

1850 – Scivation Xtend BCAA’s (half dose before the rest during workout)
2000 – Nutrabolics Growth Factors upon leaving the gym
2020 – Nutrabolics Anabolic Window (20mins after growth factors)
2100 – 400g chicken or red meat
