"DETERMINATION.. The difference between successful people and others is not a lack of skill, money or opportunity, but rather a lack of WILL!!" Overview (A Little About Me)I grew up in Melbourne and have always led a very active life, playing one sport or another but in my early 20’s I discovered the gym and I’ve been hooked ever since! For a long time though I had to train “carefully” due to all the modelling work I was doing for RALPH & FHM etc. About 6 months ago I decided that I was sick of training for other people and decided to pursue my true passion, which is to compete as a Figure competitor! InterestsI love weight training, trips to the day spa and fine dining. Favourites (Food, Bodyparts, People)My idol is Rose my trainer. My favourite food is cheesecake...(Unfortunately!)
My favourite bodypart to train is Back & Shoulders, but I love the look of a great set of legs. Motivations (What Motivates Me)I’m a competitive person so I’m always striving to better myself and be the best I can be. My partner motivates me by always being supportive, helping me train and lifting me up when the going gets tough. Otherwise, just being around likeminded, determined and motivated people always inspires me to try and do better! Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I’ve been training for about 4 years. I’ve been training hard to compete for about 6 months. All this hard work is done at Titan Fitness in Rockdale. The guys that own the gym, Mets & Murat Analin have been extremely supportive and helpful with everything! My trainer (and idol) is Rosa-Maria Romero. She is the number 1 figure competitor in Australia, an IFBB Pro and just an all round great person! She sets the benchmark for me and I hope to one day compete along side her. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)I like to switch my training routine around every 8-10 weeks to vary my exercises and shock the muscles in different ways. This keeps them guessing, alleviates boredom and is hopefully helping me build a fuller, better, more complete package.
Mon – Shoulders and calves
Tues – Back and abs
Wed – Legs and calves
Thurs – Chest and abs
Fri – Bi’s, tri’s and abs
Sat and Sun off
My rep range is anywhere between 10-15 and complete 3 sets.
Cardio Schedule – I limit my cardio off season to about 3 times a week and pick it up closer to competition- Generally it is 3x 20 mins.
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)I eat 6-8 times a day. Off season high protein and carbs and I cut back on carbs and calories when trimming up.
7.00 1 cup oats and protein shake
9.00 Yoghurt and piece of fruit
11.00 Protein shake
1.00 Protein pancakes
3.00 Cream cheese dessert
6.00 150gm meat/chicken and 2 cups of veges
8.00 Protein bar

Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)My future plans are to become a Pro figure competitor within 3 years.
