"Don't cry over spilt milk =D" Overview (A Little About Me)My names Jessica, i'm 19 years old. I am from melbourne & am currently a full time student, working part time on the weekends. I go to the gym in the morning as i find it puts me in the right frame of mind to tackle the day, no matter how early i have to wake up InterestsI like to cook, go out for coffee/drinks with my friends, go to the movies, paint/draw and play with my dog Favourites (Food, Bodyparts, People)I don't have a favourite food, but i love ice-cream =D

I do 1- 1 1/2 hours of cardio each time abbs nearly everyday (if im not being lazy) and upper & lower body weights 3 times a week, usually takes me 40 minutes to do my weights circuit.
I only started trainig last October in 07, mainly to lose weight and become a fitter and happier person. Over this period of time i have learnt so many new things about myself and have become alot more mentaly (& phisically) stronger. I want to lose the rest of my weight over the next few months and be at my goal weight (47 kg) by the end of the year. Well see though, because i also want to build muscle tone so i'm not sure how much i'll end up weighing. Not to fussed about the figures though, more so how i look, feel and how strong i am! Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)I try and eat as healthy as i can. I love fruit & veggies, however i have a tendancy to comfort eat SOO i'm mainly focussing on eating a balanced diet day by day. Something like this:
B/F - SpecialK with raisins & strawberries w soy milk
Snack - Bar, linssed crackers and fruit
Lunch - Veggie wrap, fruit, preztels or suchi
Snack - protein bar, fruit, custard tub
Dinner - Whatever my mum cooks
