"Tootlepip" Overview (A Little About Me)I am currently employed as a Mobile Equipment Operator in the booming Coal Industry in Mackay, Central Queensland.
Prior to seeking a career in the Mining Industry I was enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force for 11.5 years where my passion for fitness grew and developed.
I am going to be honest I am absolutely addicted to fitness and the world of competitive Body Building/Figure. I love it!

Catching up for Caffeine Hits with the the most beautiful, caring woman in my life, my Mum. Favourites (Food, Bodyparts, People)By far Peanut M&M’s would have to be my fave naughty food I could live on them, I honestly could. I think the yellow peanut character is so cute!
I really admire a beautifully sculpted back and arms on a woman.
Motivations (What Motivates Me)My husband motivates me most with his love and understanding of my passion to compete as an amateur figure athlete. He is my rock and without his love, patience and understanding of the commitment and lifestyle changes I place on him to reach my goals it simply would not be possible.
I also like to look at my past competition pictures for motivation (as for me my goals are not about winning it’s about bettering my physique/ knowledge with each competition)
Another little motivator for me is placing a picture of an athlete I admire on the Fridge Door.
Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I currently train alone at City Fitness Mackay and also hit our company Gym provided for us at the Mine Site Village where I stay when I am working on shift.
I have been training under Rose Romero via on line training (If only I lived closer to train with her) since June 2007.
Not only is Rose a hottie, she is very prompt, professional and an extremely down to earth person. She knows her stuff and is very committed to making sure you present your very best on stage.

MON: CHEST/TRICEPS/ABS
TUES: QUADS/CALVES
WED: SHOULDERS/ABS
THUR:BACK/BICEPS
FRI: HAMSTRINGS/GLUTES/ABS
SAT:OFF
SUN: REPEAT CYCLE
Cardio Schedule
At present I complete various workout durations first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, 20mins after weight workouts and again before going to bed. I also incorporate plyometric/track workouts 2 x week but haven’t been doing any of late due to a recurring knee injury.
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)On-Season it comprises mostly of yummy broiled chicken, lots of green vegetables, oats, egg whites and fish.
Off-Season I eat pretty similar, although the odd packets of Peanut M&M’s and nights of sharing Bundaberg Rum or two with my hubby are much more frequent. Although I only experienced my first proper Off-Season Diet after my last competition in October last year, I kept eating pretty healthy and a lot of good food was consumed to help maximise muscle growth and development.
I have to say though I was getting a little worried about all the junk in the trunk I had acquired during the Off Season.. hee hee :)

Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)After returning from Toronto, Canada and placing 2nd at the WNSO WORLD FAME ADVANCED/ELITE FIGURE CATEGORY, still yet to confirm my placing in the Muscle Model Category. My dream of competing overseas has been fullfilled and it was such an awesome experience I will never forget.
