Due to chronic and poorly diagnosed injury, Sara was forced to refocus her lifelong career goals. �Deciding to stop dancing was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make, the psychological effects of which were very impactful. Cardio Schedule
Not until near comp day and only if I have to-I hate it remember!
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)8 small meals of clean & Organic meat and veg and essential fats.
Carbohydrate source at every meal.
Protein shakes post training, L-Glutamine before bed, and 4 litres of water through out the day.
I enjoy coffee too, so 2-3 espresso�s revs me up!
