Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)6 meals per day, each meal around 60g protein, 100g carbs, 10g fat. Right now shooting for around 3,700cals per day. Competition HistoryMore focused on my business, however in 2005 I did compete in the I-Go-Ryu Submission Wrestling Tournament where I won the 75kg weight division and the open weight division. Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)In the next year I look forward to hitting 105kg! Also plan on going back to Vegas with my little brother to train at Couture MMA Gym.
