Other girls with ridiculously toned bodies,makes me want mine like that.Especially when you see them in the gym,jealousy hurts but its what makes me want to train harder! Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)Use to dance all through my young years then got into athletics &now into surfing& competing in figure. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)It changes alot im currently trying to get lean for summer so im doing cardio before breakfast atleast 5x week with weights in the afternoon followed by 20minutes cardio. Weeekends are usually off.i try surfing as much as i can to not lose motivation. Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)Small meals every 3hours. no carbs at night. competing-Oats,rice,sweet potatoe, green vege, chicken,shakes,fish,eggs. & a cheat meal every sunday. Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)Was aiming to compete in nationals this october but silly me couldnt get the diet going. But theres always next year & im excited to see how far i can go.For now i want to get a nice toned body for summer!But definelty want to compete again in 2009!
