Also people that are like minded and my idols Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I have been training since 1987 where I started in an old gym back in Bulgaria. Since then I have been in so many countries the first thing i do when landing is to look for a gym to be able to workout in. I'm currently training in a gym in Richmond. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)I am doing weights at least 3 to 4 times a week & I love doing heavy weights & prefer BDB type of workout
Cardio Schedule-I try doing cardio at least 3 times a week low intensity. I am not an endurance athlete so find it hard to do cardio and prefer doing steppers, X-trainers whilst also teaching couple of times a week indoor cycling which keeps me in shape.
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)Most of the year I am trying to eat healthy 90% of the time. I love fruits and salads and usually like for breakfast an omlette and for dinner a large salad with chicken, salmon or fish. Competition HistoryI have entered a few competitions in Australia in 2004,2007 and 2008 competing in federations ANB, INBA and NABBA. I have also competed overseas in Musclemania in USA Bikini category. Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)To remain consistent and succeed on the USA stage as a Figure and Bikini competitor as well as in Australia and Europe Best Advice (Fitness, Health and Training)If you love it just do it and enjoy the results and the journey along the way.
