General Contest Rules and Requirements

1. Contestant must be at least 18 years of age and in good physical health.
2. SAN employees and direct family members are not eligible
3. All participants are required to use two or more SAN products as part of their transformation program. Original purchase receipts from Australian Sports Nutrition are required and must be mailed before the conclusion of the contest to: PO Box 1596, Southport MC, Qld 4215
4. Each participant is required to write a testimonial on how the SAN products have helped his/her transformation goal.
5. Contest is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All participants must follow contest guidelines or face disqualification
6. Contestants agree to abide by all the decisions SAN makes with respect to disqualification and selection of final candidates.

Eligibility and Prizes

1. This Contest is held worldwide. Participants need to be at least 18 years of age at time of entry and be in good physical condition. Employees of SAN and their direct family members are not eligible to participate. Potential Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and, if legally permissible, a publicity release within five (5) days of attempted delivery of same. Affidavit must certify participants eligibility, that participants "before" and "after" photos are original, that participants holds all rights to the submission, that submission has not been previously published, has not won in previous prize or award in that the participant has follows the rules of the SAN's 2007 Worldwide Transformation and Model Search Contest. Affidavit package will be sent via express delivery. Failure to timely comply with all requirements, including the five (5) day period, or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Runners will be notified by phone/mail. Winners may be asked to attend a SAN/sponsor event.
2. 1st. Prize: Airfare (one economy class ticket) -from anywhere in the world- and hotel accommodations to the Arnold Classic 2008 Columbus, Ohio. A one-on-one training session with Dennis James (IFBB Pro), during which you gain first-hand training and supplement tips from an IFBB Pro Champion.
3. 2nd Prize: Airfare (one economy class ticket) -from anywhere in the world- and hotel accommodations to the Arnold Classic 2008 Columbus, Ohio. And an exclusive dinner date with Fitness Celebrity Timea Majorova at a 4-star Restaurant in Columbus, Ohio.
4. 3rd Prize: $500 worth of SAN supplements your choice. Rules and regulations in your country may prohibit the importation of certain SAN supplements. It is your duty and responsibility to familiarize yourself with whatever can or cannot be imported in your respective country. Under no circumstance will SAN re-deliver and/or compensate finalist for products lost or seized in customs.
5. 4th Prize: $300 worth of SAN supplements your choice. Rules and regulations in your country may prohibit the importation of certain SAN supplements. It is your duty and responsibility to familiarize yourself with whatever can or cannot be imported in your respective country. Under no circumstance will SAN redeliver and/or compensate finalist for products lost or seized in customs.

Contest Entry Date and Time Line Requirements

1. The registration will begin on September 01, 2007 and end October 15, 2007, by 11:59pm. No exceptions will be allowed.
2. Your "before" picture needs to be saved in electronic format and backed up on a CD or DVD drive. Record your name, date and time directly on the CD or DVD.

4. The duration of this contest is 3 months and will conclude on December 14, 2007, by 11:59pm. Take your "after" picture at this time and back up the file on a portable CD or DVD as before.
5. At the conclusion of this contest, participants are required to forward original receipts of SAN products , body measurements- Body Weight/Fat loss, "before and after" pictures to ASN at the above referenced address no later than December 21, 2007. Anything received after this date results in disqualification.

Registration and instructions on how to enter the contest

1. Please complete the online registration form above. This process will enter your name in our system and prepare our administration office that your pictures, picture release contract, CD/DVD's are forthcoming. It is of utmost importance that your registration entry is received by October 15, 2007 to qualify for this contest. Also, do not forget to take your before pictures (front, side and rear shots). Copyrighted photos will not be accepted unless signed release of use to SAN from the photographer is attached in the packet. All photos become the property of SAN and will not be returned. Please have duplicates made and keep a copy of these photos. Do not send in negatives-please hang on to them and do not lose them. Your photos may be used by SAN to promote its business even if you are not selected as a winner.
2. On December 14, 2007 take your "after" picture (front, side and rear). Save everything on removable disk format and label everything accordingly
3. Mail the complete package (before and after disk, executed picture release contract, testimonial and general feedback you like to share with us) before December 21, 2007 to make the deadline. No late entries allowed.
4. SAN reserves the right to interpret these rules, and if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual SAN 2007 Worldwide Transformation and Model Search Contest participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.sann.net. The rules interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and material submitted become the sole and exclusive property of SAN. The SAN 2007 Worldwide Transformation and Model Search participant scores are confidential and will not be disclosed. SAN's 2007 Worldwide Transformation and Model Search Contest participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the Transformation Contest Consult with your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer any medical condition or regularly use prescriptions or over-the-counter medications. If you are not experienced with weight strength training, or if you are changing your exercise program, consult with a qualified trainer or coach.

Winner selection and Judging

1. In January, 2008 SAN will receive and sort through all qualified applications.
2. Our panel of judges will select all qualified finalist[s] that have lost the most amount of body fat while maintaining lean muscle mass. Our subjective judging is based on the following categories: Most improvement in the before/after pictures, total body fat lost, lean muscle tissue increase, assay and testimonial articulation.
3. At or around February 01, 2008 SAN will contact all 10 winners to arrange and disperse all respective prizes. ***
4. By participating, you agree to accept those official rules and the decision of the judges, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. By entering SAN's 2007 SAN Worldwide Transformation and Model Search Contest, you also agree to release, discharge and hold harmless SAN and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies, and contractors, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may by due to or arise out of participation in the contest or the acceptance, use/ misuse or possession of a prize.
5. Acceptance of price, constitutes permission to SAN and their affiliated companies and their agencies to use winners name, likeliness, and submission, in any form, in whole or in part, for purposes of public relations, promotional advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without territorial, time, use or other limitation without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All materials submitted become the sole property of SAN and will not be returned. SAN is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the price.

*** It is the contestant's responsibility to update SAN of any address or contact info changes that might transpire during the duration of the contest. All entry forms, pictures and testimonials become the property of SAN upon submission.

Specifics on how to take the before and after pictures

1. All pictures should be taken with a high quality digital camera. 3 mega pixels or greater is preferred.
2. File size is set to be at least 600 x 800 pixels.
3. Back up file on CD (compact disk) or DVD format. Label each disk with Avery labels accordingly.
4. Front, Side and Rear poses are required on all "before and after" photo submissions. We reserve the right to disqualify entrant for tampering or editing said photographs.
5. Keep pose and position (upright and erect) the same in all photographs (before and after)
6. In order to qualify the dates the pictures were taken we require that you take all photographs with a current newspaper in your hand. Please do not obstruct body parts or your physique with the newspaper. It is recommend to you hold the newspaper off to the side.
7. For female participants we recommend that you wear a two piece bikini. Males should wear shorts.
8. Full body shots are required. For example: Do not submit pictures that are cut off underneath the knees and/or neck. In order to consider your photographs we require a quality image that outlines your entire physique top to bottom.

Arbitration and Choice of Law

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of winning in this contest, participant agrees that:

1. Any and all disputes and causes of actions arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in held at the AAA Regional office nearest to the entrant;
2. The Federal Arbitration Act of shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration;
3. Judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney's fees, other than participant actual out-of -pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this contest), and participants further waives all rights to have damages multiplies or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and SAN in connection with this contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive law of the State of California, USA without regard to California choice of law rule.
